LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

Like-Nu Concrete Inc. Warranties that it’s Concrete Resurfacer will not blister or peel for the life of the existing concrete subject to the conditions listed below. 

This Limited Warranty is issued by LIKE-NU CONCRETE INC. only to those purchasers who purchase this concrete resurfacer and apply it to a Home. If this concrete resurfacer peels or blisters during the Lifetime of the purchaser (as defined below), LIKE-NU CONCRETE shall, upon presentation of proof of purchase from the store where the coating was purchased, supply replacement concrete resurfacer to the purchaser in a quantity that is sufficient to repair the peeling or blistering or refund the original purchase price.

For the purpose of this Limited Warranty: “Home” shall mean a single family residential dwelling; and “Lifetime” shall mean one of the following: (i) if you purchase the coating yourself and apply it yourself to a Home which you own, Lifetime shall mean the period beginning on the date that you purchased the coating and continuing as long as you own such Home; or (ii) if you purchase the coating yourself and apply it yourself to a Home which is owned by someone other than you (“Third Party”), Lifetime shall mean the period commencing on the date that you purchased the coating and continuing so long as such Third Party owns such Home.

This Limited Warranty shall not apply to any defect or damage resulting from improper surface preparation, structural defects, failure of a previous coating or improper application of Like Nu Concrete, including the existing concrete surface must be a clean, dry natural concrete surface free from any and all contaminates such as but not limited to chemicals of any kind, coatings , paints, overlays, gum, rubber, dust, dirt, adhesives, epoxies, urethanes or other chemicals or debris that prevents Like Nu’s  Concrete Resurfacer from penetrating and bonding to the existing concrete surface as described in the directions on the label of this container. This Limited Warranty may not be transferred or assigned.

 

LIKE-NU CONCRETE’S ENTIRE LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PROVIDING REPLACEMENT LIKE-NU CONCRETE RESURFACER FOR THE COATING WHICH PEELS OR BLISTERS OR THE REFUND OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE. THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES (1) LABOR AND COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH LABOR FOR THE APPLICATION OR REMOVAL OF ANY PRODUCT, AND (2) ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Manufacturer’s Warranty for Like-Nu Concrete Restoration Kit 

Duration: This warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. 

Coverage: The manufacturer warrants that the concrete restoration kit is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. 

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover: 

  • Damage resulting from improper application or mixing. 
  • Damage caused by environmental factors (e.g., extreme weather, moisture). 
  • Normal wear and tear, including surface degradation over time. 
  • Any product that has been altered, misused, or damaged. 
  • Stains reappearing that were not properly removed 
  • Tire marks 
  • Cracks in concrete of any kind 

Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser must: 

  • Retain proof of purchase (receipt). 
  • Provide a written description of the defect, along with supporting photographs. 
  • Submit the claim to the manufacturer’s customer service department within the warranty period. 

Resolution: If a defect is confirmed, the manufacturer will, at its discretion, either: 

  • Replace the defective product, or 
  • Refund the original purchase price. 

Limitations: THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AND EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES LIABILITY FOR LABOR, FREIGHT AND OTHER COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL AND ONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOSSES DUE TO DELAYS INCURRED BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PARTY. WARRANTY COVERAGE IS LIMITED TO PURCHASE PRICE PAID OR REPLACEMENT AS LISTED IN RESOLUTION SECTION ABOVE.
