Manufacturer’s Warranty for Like-Nu Concrete Restoration Kit 

Duration: This warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. 

Coverage: The manufacturer warrants that the concrete restoration kit is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. 

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover: 

• Damage resulting from improper application or mixing. 
• Damage caused by environmental factors (e.g., extreme weather, moisture). 
• Normal wear and tear, including surface degradation over time. 
• Any product that has been altered, misused, or damaged. 
• Stains reappearing that were not properly removed 
• Tire marks 
• Cracks in concrete of any kind 

Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser must: 

• Retain proof of purchase (receipt). 
• Provide a written description of the defect, along with supporting photographs. 
• Submit the claim to the manufacturer’s customer service department within the warranty period. 

Resolution: If a defect is confirmed, the manufacturer will, at its discretion, either: 

• Replace the defective product, or 
• Refund the original purchase price. 

Limitations: THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AND EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES LIABILITY FOR LABOR, FREIGHT AND OTHER COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL AND ONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOSSES DUE TO DELAYS INCURRED BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PARTY. WARRANTY COVERAGE IS LIMITED TO PURCHASE PRICE PAID OR REPLACEMENT AS LISTED IN RESOLUTION SECTION ABOVE.
